M&V Limousines Ltd. (“M&V Limousines,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates a transactional SMS messaging program to keep customers informed about their reservations and rides. By opting in, you agree to the following terms.

Program Name

M&V Limousines SMS Alerts

Message Types

You may receive: booking and reservation confirmations, ride status and driver arrival notifications, payment receipts, appointment reminders, and customer-service follow-ups related to your reservation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per reservation. Frequency may increase around active bookings or if you have multiple reservations.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your specific text and data plan. M&V Limousines does not charge for SMS messages.

Carriers

Available on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages from us.

How to Opt Back In

Reply START to any of our numbers, or contact us directly at info@mvlimo.com or (631) 543-0908 to re-enable notifications.

Consent Is Not Required

Opting into our SMS program is not a condition of making a reservation, purchasing any service, or using any service from M&V Limousines. You may book by phone or email as an alternative.

Data Sharing

No mobile data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
