Welcome to M&V Limousines Ltd. (“M&V Limousines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a reservation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Website Usage

Our website at www.mvlimo.com and associated booking portals are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate transportation reservations. By using our website you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a reservation or creating an account.
  • You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • You will not use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the website without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion, without notice, for any user who violates these terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

2.1 Making a Reservation

Reservations may be placed through our website, by phone, or by email. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by M&V Limousines. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation via email or SMS from us.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, flight information, passenger count, and contact details. M&V Limousines is not liable for delays, missed pickups, or service disruptions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

2.3 Wait Time

For standard pickups, a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is provided from the scheduled pickup time. For airport arrivals, a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes from the flight’s actual landing time is provided. Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

2.4 Vehicle Substitution

M&V Limousines reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value in the event that the originally reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you of any substitution in advance.

2.5 Service Area

M&V Limousines primarily serves the New York metropolitan area, including Long Island, all five boroughs of New York City, and the surrounding tri-state region. Service to areas outside our primary coverage may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Pricing

All prices quoted are in US dollars. Pricing is determined at the time of booking based on the service type, vehicle selected, route, and any additional services requested. Quoted prices include the base fare for the specified route or time period. Tolls, parking fees, gratuity, and applicable taxes may be additional unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Deposits

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process. Deposits are applied toward the total fare.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. Cash payments may be accepted for certain services with prior arrangement.

3.4 Gratuity

Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted fare unless otherwise noted. Gratuity is at the discretion of the customer and may be added during checkout, paid in cash, or added after the trip.

3.5 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for excessive wait time beyond the complimentary period, additional stops not included in the original reservation, tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip, cleaning fees for excessive soiling or damage to the vehicle interior, and any changes to the route or destination after the trip has begun.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit.
  • 24 to 48 hours before pickup: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare may be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be issued. The full fare will be charged.
  • No-show: If you do not appear at the scheduled pickup location within the complimentary wait time and do not contact us, the full fare will be charged with no refund.

4.2 Cancellation by M&V Limousines

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, mechanical failure without a suitable replacement vehicle), we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. We are not liable for any consequential damages resulting from a cancellation on our part.

4.3 Modifications

Changes to your reservation (date, time, pickup location, vehicle) are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Please contact us as early as possible to request modifications. Changes made less than 24 hours before pickup are not guaranteed.

4.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion, in compliance with applicable state and local laws.
  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions or those of their guests, including but not limited to stains, spills, burns, and physical damage. Repair or cleaning costs will be charged to the customer on file.
  • M&V Limousines reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip in progress if any passenger behaves in a manner that is threatening, abusive, or unsafe to the chauffeur or other passengers.
  • Open containers of alcohol are permitted in limousines and party buses where legally allowed. Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.
  • Passengers under 21 years of age may not consume alcohol in any vehicle regardless of jurisdiction.
  • M&V Limousines is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. While we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, we cannot guarantee their recovery.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

M&V Limousines’ total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

6.2 Delays & Service Disruptions

While we strive for punctuality and reliability, M&V Limousines cannot guarantee arrival or travel times. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road construction, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for missed flights, events, or appointments resulting from such delays.

6.3 Force Majeure

M&V Limousines shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

6.4 Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. M&V Limousines is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

7. SMS / Text Messaging

7.1 Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or reservation forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from M&V Limousines related to your transportation services. This checkbox must be selected before submitting your information. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

These messages may include booking confirmations and order receipts, pickup reminders and schedule updates, driver assignment and arrival notifications, payment confirmations, and service updates or trip status changes.

7.2 SMS Data & Privacy

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are used solely to send transactional service messages related to your reservation with M&V Limousines.

7.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your bookings. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per reservation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

7.4 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. M&V Limousines is not responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

7.5 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications. Opting out will not affect your reservations or services.

7.6 Opting Back In

If you have opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, reply START to our number or contact us directly to re-enable notifications.

7.7 Help

For assistance with our SMS service, reply HELP to any message or contact us using the information in Section 11.

7.8 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.9 SMS Disclaimer

SMS messaging is provided as a convenience. While we make every effort to send timely and accurate messages, we cannot guarantee delivery of every message due to factors outside our control, including carrier network issues and device settings. Always confirm critical pickup details directly with our office.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Information We Collect

When you use our website or book a reservation, we may collect the following information: your name, email address, phone number, and billing address; SMS consent status and opt-in confirmation; pickup and drop-off addresses and travel details; payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers); IP address, browser type, and device information when you visit our website; and communication history including emails, phone calls, and SMS messages related to your reservations.

8.2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and manage your reservations and payments, communicate with you about your bookings via email, phone, and SMS, improve our services and customer experience, comply with legal obligations, and send transactional communications such as receipts and confirmations.

8.3 Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose. We may share your information with our chauffeurs and operations team as necessary to fulfill your reservation, payment processors to complete transactions, law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, and service providers who assist us in operating our business (subject to confidentiality agreements).

8.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers, restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis, and regular security assessments of our systems. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.5 Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality and user experience. Cookies may be used to remember your preferences, analyze website traffic, and facilitate the booking process. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
